Can we check in and depart on different days?

Our self catering cottages allow for check in on different days, depending on the time of year. We do our upmost to be as flexible as possible, however changes to typical arrival and departures are dependent upon the month and the occupancy either side of your booking. 

Can I arrive and depart on a Sunday?

We allow for Sunday check ins and departures depending on bookings either side of your own, and the time of year.

Are your cottages dog friendly? 

Our self catering cottages allow for two well behaved dogs. They are charged at £25 per dog per booking. For more information on bringing your pet on holiday with you to a Sage and Sea cottage click here

Will there be a hair dryer at the property?

There will be at least one hair dryer per property. 

What time can we check in and check out?

Check in on the day of arrival is 4pm. If you are arriving much later, please contact your host Sonya on and she can arrange to meet with you the following morning to run through the inventory. Check out on the day of departure is at 10am. A late check out option is available at the time of booking for an additional cost of £25. 

Do you offer a shorter break or a 2 night stay?

The cottages are available for a 2 night break or short stay at off-peak times. Should this be possible it will be indicated at the time of booking. If you have any questions then please contact a member of the Sage and Sea team. 

Do you provide a travel cot, stairgate and high chair?

We offer all of these items for young children staying at properties. There is a stairgate available in all cottages with internal staricases. We ask that you bring any cot bedding with you. 

Do you provide logs for fires and log burners?

We provide enough logs and kindling to get you started. You can purchase additional logs locally.

Accessible holiday cottages?

Please speak to a member of the Sage and Sea team who will be able to advise on each cottage and the access. 

How do I access our cottage on arrival?

There is a keysafe located next to the front door of your cottage. The keysafe code will be given to you via e-mail in advance of your arrival upon payment of the balance for your booking. You host will then meet you at the cottage within the first 24 hours to answer any questions you may have and give you some tips for your stay with us on Anglesey. 

How do I find the cottages? 

The self catering cottages are located on the North East of the Isle of Anglesey, North Wales, north of the towns of Benllech and Amlwch. The closest village is City Dulas. Click here for a map of the location of the estate.
